Anguilla Local Cuisine

After a couple of delicious gourmet meals at the Viceroy in Anguilla we decided to head out for a more local fair.  Here are a few of my favorites.  Dale Carty at Tasty's prepared on of the best whole roasted Red Snappers that I have ever had in my life.  Tender and seasoned with perfection.  He is a French trained chef who has come back to Anguilla and I was honored he did.  His place is low key and was the number one place that when I asked all of the locals where they recommended to eat.
